Imagine if one day, after spending 20 years doing one thing, you decided to try
something completely different. Welcome to the story of Brian Price.
Brian has never been in a band, never performed on stage, and until a few years
ago, had never written a song. His original intention was to give this disc—inspired
by snapshots from his life—only to close family and friends.
But this unique collection of songs has pleasantly shocked and surprised everyone,
most notably his musician friends who helped bring it to life (and who heaved huge
sighs of relief when they discovered that not only wasn’t it a disaster, it actually
showed incredible promise.)
Brian did have vocal training; the experience of “belting it out” during
his daily commute on the highways around Pittsburgh, which inspired
the title of his disc, “Tired Of Singing In My Car.”
He eventually drove that car to Weirton, WV, his hometown, to record at
Studio L with his very gifted friends. They are Rick Witkowski,Anthony
Rankin, Rick Mals, Mark Rajakovic, Randy Baumann, Mike Rajakovic, Marla
Sgro, Jamie Peck and his dad, Ty Price.
Brian loves his day job and plans on keeping it. So, he really is making music
for pure enjoyment. You will clearly pick up on that passion once you give
it a listen.
Brian Price is a singer/songwriter in Pittsburgh. Everyone who knows him is still reeling
from this astonishing development.
